Company Overview
Apple Inc. is one of the leading companies in the world of technology and innovation that assembles, markets, and sells several kinds of consumer electronic devices. The company has developed a variety of computers/laptops, Smartphones, software, tablets, portable media players, and peripherals etc. Besides these, the company also provides networking solutions, third-party hardware and software products and many other devices of modern technology (Reference). One of the biggest achievements of Apple Inc. is that it keeps creating new needs for the consumers (Reference).
Apple Computer Company was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. In 1983-84, John Sculley became the president and CEO of the company. Steve Jobs was forced out of the company in 1985 before he returned after 12 years. In 2007, Apple changed its name to Apple, Inc (Reference).
Apple targets all technology users of the twenty-first century around the world by excelling in user experience. Apple’s mission is “to bring the best personal computing experience to students, educators, creative professionals and consumers around the world through its innovative hardware, software and Internet offerings.” (Reference).

There have been astonishing advancements and breakthroughs in the “Mobile Consumer Electronics” industry since 2007 (Reference). Apple has played a major role in these advancements and it also has been the market leader for this industry for several years (Reference). The company developed and introduced its own software and hardware products, including iOS, Apple’s iPhone operating system; OS X, Apple’s Mac operating system; and application software and server etc. iPhone, iPad, Mac, iPod, iTunes, Mac App Store, iCloud, Operating System Software, Application Software and Other Application Software are the primary products of Apple Inc. · iPhone
iPhone is a more than just a cellular phone. It is a handheld product which consists of mobile phone, an iPod and an Internet communications device. Apple’s iPhone has no match when it comes to desktop-class email, Web browsing, searching, and maps based on the Multi-Touch user interface (Reference).
· iPad
iPads are multi-use mobile devices with large screen for Web browsing, watching videos, viewing photos, playing games, listening to music, reading e-books and much more (Reference).

The Macintosh, known as Mac and also as iMac, is a series of personal computers manufactured and sold by Apple Inc. Mac computing systems differentiate on the basis of their unique operating system. Mostly, they attract creative professional users (Reference).
· iPod
Apple’s iPod is a series of consumer portable media (audio and video) players including iPod touch, iPod nano, iPod shuffle and iPod classic. All iPods work with iTunes, an application that is only compatible with Apple’s products (Reference).

It is an application that allows users to buy, playback and download digital audio and video files (Reference).
· iCloud
The Apple’s iCloud is a cloud computing technology that allows users to store music, photos, applications, contacts, calendars, and documents on an online server and transfer, view or use them on multiple iOS device (Reference).

According to Microaxis (2013) this number is several times higher than the average number of employees in companies of related industries such as Consumer electronics (427.09% higher) and Electronic equipments (770.38% higher)
