Students enrolled in Financial Accounting 2 will be able to understand the corporate reporting environment and will be able to apply the requirements of financial accounting and reporting for companies. Students will study topics including the presentation of financial statements, an overview of financial reporting requirements for companies, general purpose financial reports, relevant accounting standards relating to the statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income and statement of changes in equity.
