In this course, students will gain practical understanding of national cultures and how they affect cross-border human resource management. International case studies are used to examine the various ways that cultural values are expressed in social behaviour and the communication process. Case studies are used to study challenges with cross-cultural communication in respect to modern issues like workplace equity and ethical dilemmas in business.
