Read the case scenario. Your task is to use Lewin’s change theory (Module 3) to analyse the case. Your analysis must also refer to five principles of leadership that you have encountered in your study and that you feel are relevant to this case study. Remember that the focus of this analysis is on leadership and not
on the nuances of clinical practice.
