Students are required to present a critical discussion of how recovery-oriented mental health practice might address the issues identified in this carer’s testimony.

Students are recommended to consider the principles of recovery- oriented practice as well as the National Framework for Recovery

Oriented Mental Health Services (in particular Chapter 9 Domains and Capabilities). In addition, students are required to utilise the broader academic and consumer literature in support of their
critical discussion.

NB: The Appendix to the National Framework provides further detail addressing the Domains and Capabilities.
