Develop menus and meal plans for special diets
Design and develop, using correct terminology, six menus or meal plans—including cyclical menus—to meet diverse, special dietary requirements.
You must:

• select a variety of suitable foods and meals
• identify appropriate food combinations to meet nutritional requirements
• develop menus that promote good health and incorporate sufficient choice of dishes
• prepare cyclic menus which provide a balanced nutritional diet and provide and variety
• recommend food preparation and cooking methods to maximise nutritional value of food
• develop menus and menu plans within commercial time constraints
