Task 2 (maximum ~ 700 words)

You have studied three major methodologies namely RUP, XP, Scrum in the topics of "Lecture 8-Rational Unified Process" and "Lecture 10-Rapid Development Methodologies". Use only one (1) of these methodologies discussed in the topic area, write a report to the Chairman of the company describing the outcomes of the phases based on the methodology you have selected. You should describe as detailed as possible the outcome of each of the phases based on the assumptions you made in the case study.
