b) i) when the population is 1015 patients and the sample is 100 patients the standard error will be 2 seconds. Standard error= standard deviation/ square root of the number of observations.

ii) The proportion of sample means that would be greater than 200 seconds is 0.19 seconds. We simply calculated by 200 with 1050.
