The value and contribution of working in a team has been amply recognized by academics and practitioners. However, some employees are still reluctant to work as a team due to the several dilemmas it might cause. 

Based on your own experience of teamwork in the HRM subject (or any other team if you did not have it with HRM), evaluate these conflicting perspectives. What are your key takeaways? Have you witnessed the value of working in a team? What challenges have you and your team faced? How could have you managed them differently?
