Assessment 1 – Presentations (Group)

Overview

- Presentation dates will be allocated by your lecturer and will be undertaken in Weeks 4.

- Presentations should be uploaded in Canvas the day before presentations;

- Groups should be formed by 4 students;

- Presentations will be based on topics related to global effects that are currently affecting GHRM. These topics will assist students when developing assessment 2 and 3.

The general outline for the presentations should cover:

1.     Analyse the key issue(s)

2.     Describe and explain relevant theories

3.     Explain the research question

4.     Determine the link between the theory(s) and the issues(s)

5.     Explain main findings

6.     Provide examples

Submitted work will be marked according to the following criteria:

·       Criterion 1 - Content reflection, applicability of the theoretical frameworks, concepts, academic references, and analytical tools covered in this course

·       Criterion 2 – Organisation and structure covering all six points mentioned above

·       Criterion 3 - Quality of writing and references 

·       Criterion 4 – Critical thinking 

Online submission of the following deliverable via Canvas in Week 4 and 5:
