It basically means to keep your message simple and clear so that the other person can easily understand the idea you are trying to convey. You can keep your message clear by using words and phrases that the other person can easily interpret.

  1. Courtesy:

Courtesy is the act of showing kindness and respect to the receiver through your message. You should use words to like “Please” and “Thank You” to show your appreciation towards others.

  1. Correctness:

This is the last aspect of the 7 C’s of communication. Correctness means to make sure that your message is free from grammatical, spelling, and punctuation mistakes. It also means to use the acceptable form of writing and to use facts and figures that are accurate.
